Recently, the Tuanjie 200MW photovoltaic power station and its power transmission project in the Bakan River area of Anlong County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, which was EPC-contracted by Shaanxi Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Energy Engineering Group (CEEC), was successfully connected to the grid and began generating electricity, marking the official operation of this provincial-level key new energy project.

This project is one of Guizhou Province's major and key projects for 2026, with a total installed capacity of 400 MW. It consists of two 200 MW photovoltaic power stations, Tuanjie and Zhekong, sharing one 220 kV booster station, making it the largest single-capacity photovoltaic project in Qianxinan Prefecture to date. During the construction process, high-efficiency N-type bifacial dual-glass photovoltaic modules were adopted, along with an innovative "fixed + flexible" combined mounting structure construction technique adapted to mountainous terrain. This technique effectively accommodates complex mountainous topography, reducing earthwork excavation while protecting the ecological environment, and further enhancing solar energy utilization efficiency.

The project's transmission line starts at the Tuanjie 220 kV booster station and ends at the Jinzhou 500 kV substation, with a total length of 28.45 kilometers (including 28.21 kilometers of overhead lines and 0.24 kilometers of cables). It is constructed as a single-circuit line, with a total of 85 transmission towers. The line traverses karst landform areas, with elevations ranging from 400 to 1,400 meters, featuring significant topographic relief, harsh climatic conditions, and multiple construction challenges such as numerous crossings and a high proportion of forested land.
After the project goes into operation, it is expected to generate approximately 500 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, saving about 87,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 210,000 tons per year, delivering notable ecological benefits. At the same time, through integrated land use and job creation, the project promotes the coordinated development of green energy and ecological agriculture, providing further support for the optimization of the regional energy structure and green development.
